Position Overview:

We are seeking/hiring a driven and experienced Sales Executive with a passion for B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. This role requires a hungry self-starter who can generate leads, close deals, and build strong relationships fast within the community.


Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Engage in person, over the phone, and through email to identify new clients and opportunities.

Appointment Setting: Independently schedule and manage client meetings.

Proposal Creation: Develop tailored proposals to meet client needs.

Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.

Closing Deals: Successfully close sales and execute contracts.

Networking: Build and maintain professional connections within the community to drive business growth.


Requirements:

Experience in B2B sales.

Own a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and set/manage your own schedule.

Professional appearance and demeanor in line with our company dress code.


Dress Code:


For Male Sales Staff:

Facial Hair: Must be cleanly/neatly groomed or completely shaven.

Hair: Must be clean, neatly styled, and maintained to look professional.

Shirts: Must have a collar, be button-down, and tucked into pants.

Pants: Must be well-fitting, ironed, and free of wrinkles.

Belt: A belt must be worn with pants.

Shoes: Must be professionally styled, closed-toe business shoes.

Hygiene: All staff members are responsible for maintaining proper hygiene at all times.


For Female Sales Staff:

Hair: Must be clean, neatly styled, and maintained to look professional.

Shirts: Must be professional-looking blouses or button-downs.

Pants/Skirts/Dresses: Must be ironed, well-fitting, and free of wrinkles.

Shoes: Must be professionally styled business shoes, heels, or sandals.

Hygiene: All staff members are responsible for maintaining proper hygiene at all times.

Benefits: Health insurance, PTO

Compensation: $31,500 - $45,000 per year (based on experience) + Commission (Potential to earn $100,000+ per year)

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute: Hewitt, TX 76643 (Required)

Work Location: In person
